Bongo's is a family- first environment with activities perfect for younger kids and a safe and friendly environment where parents can relax while their kids play.
Can my kids be there alone?
Bongo's Fun Center is designed as a family experience. Kids(17 & younger) are required to have their parent present at all times while at Bongo's. For safety of all guests, no Drop offs are allowed.
What Activities does Bongo's Have?
Bongo's has Indoor FunZone Playground, Arcade, Ice Cream & Snacks and Roller Skating.
Can my little kids Skate at Bongo's?
Yes! Skating at Bongo's is perfect for beginners! We have training skates that start at a toddler size 7 and skate mate walkers to help new skaters learn!

Bongo's is built around Family Fun. It isn't just play time, its an experience! Our atmosphere is bright, upbeat and kid-focused, with an emphasis on FUN, safety and family time. From the arcade and playground to music, lightening, and friendly staff, everything at Bongo's is designed to feel like a place where kids can be kids and parents can relax!

Can kids be dropped off to another adult/group?

No. Kids (17 & Younger) are not allowed to be dropped off at Bongo's. Parent bringing kids must stay.
Can I Bring in outside food/drinks/cake?

Due to health codes outside food and drinks are not permitted at Bongo's. The only exception is a birthday cake or cupcakes with a reserved party room. We do have Bongo's Beats & Bites that serves a variety of delicious food, dirty sodas and ice cream! If you have allergy concerns please speak with a team member before your visit!

How Does Bongo's keep kids safe inside?

Safety is our top priority at Bongo's Fun Center. Our Facility is design with age-appropriate activities for kids and families and clear safety guidelines in every area. To Help keep everyone safe we provide:

Active staff monitoring throughout the facility

Clear Rules for playground, arcade and skating

Parent supervision required at all times

Well-maintained equipment and regular safety checks

Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of high-touch surface throughout the day and through sanitation of play areas and arcade games every night

Designated Skating area, skates are only allowed to be worn on main skating floor. Skates must be taken off before entering playground, arcade, seating areas, Bongo's Beats & Bites and restrooms.

Can I bring in Party Supplies and gifts without a party reservation?

For the safety and enjoyment of all guest, party supplies, cakes and gifts are not allowed to be brought inside building without a party reservation. Talk to one of our party experts about reserving your next party! Packages start at only $99!

As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in our facility and the experience that we provide for our guests. We ask that all visitors respect our facility and our team as we work to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. In order to maintain a safe and fun experience for all, we have certain policies in place that we ask all guests to follow. These policies include rules on clothing, behavior, and equipment use. Please take the time to review them before your visit. We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse/cursing/ rude or otherwise unacceptable behavior towards are wonderful team, many of whom are employed with us as their first job.
